Glenn & Esther were happily serving God in their local church with their 3-year-old son, when God called them into ministry. In 1995 they left Australia on an adventure of faith to attend Spirit Life Bible College in California, USA. They both graduated Bible College with Diplomas in Christian Ministry in 1997, Esther with Salutatorian Academic Honors. The full time call of God on their lives was recognized with Ordination as ministers of the gospel in 1999.

After nearly 3 years in California, the Nurse family returned home to Australia & pioneered a very successful Bible College of which they were the deans as well as serving in the local church as associate pastors.

Glenn & Esther returned again to the USA & served as executive leaders, pastors & bible college lecturer's for an International Ministry, Church & Bible School. During this time Glenn & Esther built many great relationships with leaders from all over the United States.

During the past 15 years of ministry, Glenn & Esther have served on the board of directors for 3 international ministries, including John Bevere Ministries Australia. For 6 years Glenn & Esther pioneered & were responsible for the day-to-day oversight & operations of Messenger International Australia a ministry of John & Lisa Bevere for the Australia & Asia Pacific Region.

Glenn & Esther co-founded Spirit Word, a ministry strengthening the church with Holy Spirit breathed, faith filled teaching of God's Word & Powerful Prayer. Both Glenn & Esther travel extensively ministering the Word of God to support the work of local churches all over the world & attend Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia.
